... this the guy runs the band; business in the background. He has 5 (!) kids... and nobody knows where he finds the time for band management - seems he doesn't sleep.

His favorite "time killer" is chilling on his computer and cutting NightHawk's video clips. His day job is working for his family-run mill business; he's the "flour man"  for all the bakeries in the area.
